How to operate Epson projectors with ViVi

Please refrain from disconnecting cables from the wall or ViVi

ViVi (HDMI 1)

1. Ensure that HDMI 1 is selected as the source.

2. If not, press HDMI/Video on the remote until HDMI 1 is selected.

3. The ViVi should now be the image being projected.

Troubleshooting

1. Is the device on? The ViVi should have a red and green light on the front, if not disconnect and reconnect the blue network cable.

2. Is everything plugged in? Check all cables to the ViVi and at the wall as even a loose cable may cause display and connectivity issues.

3. Is “HDMI 1” selected? Check the instructions above and confirm “HDMI 1” is the selected input.

Once you have tried everything above and the projector is still not cooperating, then get assistance from the friendly IT Department. 😊
